Please read below carefully if you wish to cancel your membership.

 

Cancelations Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all of our members while also ensuring that our gym can continue to operate and provide high-quality fitness services

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, but must provide written notice of cancellation at least 10 days before their next billing date.
  • If written notice is not received 10 days before the next billing date, the member will be charged for another month of membership.
  • Memberships cannot be placed on hold, but members may freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months per year due to illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances. A request must be submitted to freeze the membership 10 days before the next billing date, and a €5 fee will apply.
  • All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.
