What to expect in the class

Butts and Guts focuses on exercises specifically designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles (core) and the muscles of the buttocks ;)(glutes). These classes may incorporate a variety of exercises, including planks, crunches, sit-ups, Russian twists,leg raises, and squats, as well as other body-weight and resistance exercises.

Butts and Guts may be structured as circuits, intervals, or other formats, and may use a variety of equipment such as traditional weights, resistance bands, and kettlebell. These classes are typically high-intensity and are designed to improve overall physical fitness, build strength and endurance, and tone and shape the core and glutes.
