Freeze Account

Please read below carefully if you wish to freeze your membership.

Freeze Account Policy

Our freeze policy is designed to allow members to temporarily suspend their membership due to illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances.

  • Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months per year.
  • A written request must be submitted to freeze the membership, and a €5 fee will apply to each month the membership is frozen. 
  • Members must provide notice of freezing at least 10 days before their next billing date.
  • During the freeze period, the member will not have access to the gym facilities or be able to attend classes.
  • The freeze period will not count towards the term of the membership contract.
  • The member will be responsible for paying any outstanding balances on their account before the freeze can be put in place.
  • The member’s membership expiration date will be adjusted based on the length of the freeze period.
