I come from a very sport orientated background, having started karate when i was 10 years old, and receiving my black belt qualification at 16. This training has instilled in me a sense of discipline and determination while also doing something that I love.
I want to give you that same discipline and determination in the gym, and hopefully, in time, turn it into something you love.
I know the pitfalls of training, having struggled with achieving personal goals within the gym myself. However, over time I overcame those obstacles and through this experience have learned how to help you overcome them too – whether that be to lose fat, gain mass, or anything in between.
I cater to all fitness levels and abilities, and am also available for more sport specific training too.
